Great calorie counter and fitness tracker app!

I recently found a great app for both iTunes and Android users!  The name of the app is Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker by MyFitnessPal.  I personally use it, and love it!  It allows users to track food’s they consume by nutrition categories including calories, sugar, sodium, protein, fats etc.  It also allows users to track their fitness activity, so if you want to gain or lose weight it can keep you on track to your goal.  It is very easy to use and can be very beneficial in regards to managing food consumption.  When you finish eating something, you just search the item or scan it into the directory using its bar-code.  The nutrition info will be available and calculated on a daily basis.  For example, if you are trying to lose weight and only want to intake 2200 calories per day, each food item you eat will be added towards the 2200 calorie goal.  It will provide you with your total, so you can see whether you are on track towards your daily goal.  Click on the link below if you wantto check out the app site!
